Custody Issues in Public Schools

Principals, Can you answer yes to all of these statements?

When a child is from a home where parents are not living together, our office staff know to whom they may legally release a student.
Our campus staff (i.e., teachers, nurses, counselors, support staff, administrators) know with whom they can legally share student information.
When parents, stepparents, girl/boy friends cannot agree, our campus administrators know exactly how to handle the situation.
Our campus office staff know who can enroll and withdraw a student.
All campus staff understand the limitations of those on the emergency contact list.
